What a nightmare you've been through. Absolutely terrifying. I'm glad you've been making health a priority. As I've gotten older, I've certainly been more health-focus. Now I move in a slower motion, which many around me think is odd, maybe even irritating. But it works better for my nervous system. Not everything is an emergency or a race. I love a good nap but I totally understand how sleep eludes you. I read most of "Why We Sleep" by Matthew Walker and was determined to get my eight hours but I haven't unlocked the secret to getting them consistently. When I do, I'll share. LOL
